Please read before booking. These policies keep appointments running smoothly and make sure every client — including you — gets the full Kaydence experience.

The $20 Deposit.

Every appointment requires a $20 deposit to secure your spot. It is non-refundable but applied directly to your service total — so it is not extra, it is just part of your payment. Deposits can be applied to reschedules if done more than 24 hours in advance.

These policies exist to keep the experience great for everyone. Kaydence is a solo artist who pours her full attention into every appointment — your respect for her time makes that possible.

Deposits
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is applied to your service total and is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit transfers to your new appointment. Send via CashApp or Zelle after confirmation.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations under 24 hours or same-day no-shows will result in half the service fee being due. If the fee is not paid, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. Your deposit may still be used to reschedule if the cancellation fee is settled.
Late Arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled or a $10 fee will apply if time allows — at Kaydence's discretion.
If you know you are running late, send a message as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once a service is rendered, no refunds are provided. Please use your appointment time to address any concerns — Kaydence wants you to love your nails and will fix anything during the appointment. If a nail breaks within 1–2 weeks, it will be repaired for free at the earliest convenience.
Sickness
Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. Kaydence asks that you reschedule for the safety of herself and her family. Your deposit can be applied to a future appointment when you reschedule.

Every appointment gets Kaydence's undivided attention and best work. Come with inspo or let her guide you. Complimentary iced coffee is available at every appointment — because great nails deserve a great drink.
Common Questions
How do I pay the deposit?
After Kaydence confirms your appointment, she will send you her CashApp or Zelle details. Send the $20 deposit to lock in your spot.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule with more than 24 hours notice and your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Under 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation.
What if I do not like my nails after the appointment?
Address any concerns during your appointment — Kaydence will fix it on the spot. Once you leave, refunds are not provided. Nail breaks within 1–2 weeks are fixed for free.
Can I bring a guest?
Please reach out to Kaydence before your appointment if you plan to bring someone with you.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible — spots fill up quickly. Booking through Calendly lets you see real-time availability instantly.
