Please read before booking. These policies keep appointments running smoothly and make sure every client — including you — gets the full Kaydence experience.

Payment & No-Shows.

No deposit required. When you book through Acuity, a card is placed on file to secure your appointment. At the end of your service, Kaydence charges your card for the full service total — never before. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total.

These policies exist to keep the experience great for everyone. Kaydence is a solo artist who pours her full attention into every appointment — your respect for her time makes that possible.

Payment
No deposit required. When you book through Acuity, a card is placed on file. Your card is charged for the full service total at the end of your appointment — never before. All major cards accepted through Acuity.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations under 24 hours or same-day no-shows will result in 50% of the service total being charged to your card on file. If a charge cannot be processed, you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled or a $10 fee will apply if time allows — at Kaydence's discretion.
If you know you are running late, send a message as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once a service is rendered, no refunds are provided. Please use your appointment time to address any concerns — Kaydence wants you to love your nails and will fix anything during the appointment. If a nail breaks within 1–2 weeks, it will be repaired for free at the earliest convenience.
Sickness
Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. Kaydence asks that you reschedule for the safety of herself and her family. Reschedule with more than 24 hours notice and no fee will apply.
The Experience
Every appointment gets Kaydence's undivided attention and best work. Come with inspo or let her guide you. Complimentary water or assorted beverages are included with every appointment, excludes iced coffee.

How does payment work?

What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule with more than 24 hours notice and no fee applies. Under 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation and charged at 50% of the service total.
What if I do not like my nails after the appointment?
Address any concerns during your appointment — Kaydence will fix it on the spot. Once you leave, refunds are not provided. Nail breaks within 1–2 weeks are fixed for free.
Can I bring a guest?
Please reach out to Kaydence before your appointment if you plan to bring someone with you.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible — spots fill up quickly. Booking through Acuity lets you see real-time availability instantly.
